Territories

Kaya Kollective delivers all over the world, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan. Shipping is done by a third-party courier.

Checkout Currency

Orders are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) at the checkout. The currency converter on the site is for informational purposes only. Kindly note that local banks may have different conversion rates when you make a purchase in AED. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between our listed rates and those charged by your bank.

Delivery Time

UAE Orders

Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or during any UAE public holiday and on weekends, will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the order's submission.

Orders placed with same-day delivery within Dubai must be placed by 4 pm in order to receive them the same day. If you place your order after 4 pm your delivery will be assigned for the next day, with the exception of public holidays and weekends.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1-2 working days. To avoid any delivery delays, please be sure to provide your full detailed address, along with your contact telephone number.

Delivery timeframe during sales periods and high-season will be described at checkout. 

International Orders

Orders placed outside the UAE will be delivered via a third-party courier within 4 to 14 working days, depending on the destination. To avoid any delivery issues please provide your full detailed address, along with your contact telephone number. We are not responsible for any delays caused by local customs and clearance procedures in the destination country.

VAT

All orders placed on our website for the UAE are subject to 5% VAT. International orders are subject to local tax at the destination country. 

Cash on Delivery (CoD)

Orders delivered within the UAE are eligible for CoD, settled in cash or by credit card to the courier.
